	GT Agent Intro Page A Future Agent's Three Steps! Step 1: Open an email to lnewton@gt1st.com. Copy your current resume into the body of the email and send it to the attention of Ms. L. Newton - Agent Application. Attachments will not be accepted. Your submission will be reviewed promptly. With approval, you will be contacted to carry out the following steps. Please be patient! Make sure you have added gt1st.com to your safe senders domain list or email may not reach you! Step 2: You will be sent a link via email. This link will provide you access to the following: Agent Application, including an Authorization to Conduct a Background Check. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) - no application will be processed without a signed NDA. Please print the listed documents below. Fill in all information on both forms and mail the forms to us. A mandatory $150 agent application fee* in the form of a check written to GT Management, must be included with the documents. The fee will be used to cover administration, background check and a printed manual that will be sent to you upon successful review. ATTENTION: Letina Newton G&T Management, LLC 111 W. Main Street Omro, WI 54963 We will try to get back to you within a week or two after you submit the paperwork; there is a lot of screening involved! If after a background check, we determine that a working relationship cannot be established, you will be refunded the difference between cost of a background check and the $150. Step 3:* The final step in the hiring process will include a phone interview. If both parties want to proceed, you will be given access to the GT Agent Agreement, Code of Ethics, and Commission Statement. With their submittal, you will begin!
